FAQ: What is the "Contact Frequency" field and why do I have to fill it in?
Customers will only stay customers if you remain in contact with them as often as they require. Prospects will only become customers if they are followed up at required intervals. With BuddyCRM, you will never miss contacting a customer or prospect when required thanks to our pro-active "Contact Frequency" device.
Based on a criteria set out according to your business needs, each record is assigned a frequency by which they should be contacted by a representative of your company (either phone call or meeting). The system will then cross check the date of the last contact against the frequency by which you have decided they should be contacted (Monthly, Quarterly etc) and pro-actively remind you when a contact is DUE not just when you have remembered to contact them.
