FAQ: How do I TAG multiple Records/Contacts based on a set Criteria?
To add a TAG to a Record or Contact on a bulk basis, go to the GROUPS option in the DOCUMENTS menu of the RECORD tab. Then you should create a group, using the filter builder to specify your criteria. For more details on how the filter builder works, please search for "campaign builder" in the above search box to find the relevent article.
Once you have dragged the records you wish to TAG into the right hand box, click on the TAG icon in between the two boxes.

In the pop-up, enter the TAG/s that you wish to use. Ticking the "Only Records" option will TAG that record at the organisation level. If it is unticked, then the contact will be TAGGED instead.
