FAQ: How do you manage Leads through the pipeline?
Each organisation will set it's own rules as to defining an account and a lead but BuddyCRM makes it easy to track the status of leads through the system. On the lead record card, there are a number of fields that help label that organisation's status. The account profile enables users to rank the account on it's prospective size. However, the key field is the Lead Status (which can be customised in the "Customise Dropdown" option at ADMIN tab>Customisation. This Lead status enables users to label the stage of the lead

Leads can be viewed and filtered on various criteria on the "Review my Pipeline" page at RECORD tab>Pipeline. There are a number of graphical representations of the pipeline that can be selected on the left hand side but the key tool is a table at the top right of the page that enables users to drill down

Current leads are also shown on the HOME page. The "Current Pipeline" table when the "Leads" radio button is selected gives a list

At the bottom of the HOME page, there is a graph that shows the number of leads by stage
