As well a viewing your scheduled and completed activities in the traditional format in the calendar, you can also choose the LIVE ACTIVITIES option from the PLANNING menu in the ACCOUNT TAB. This gives a list of all Scheduled (and therefore pending) activities in BuddyCRM. The list format often makes for easier navigation.

Also shown in Live Activities is the "App Plan" which is an automatically generated pre-planning document to print off and take to appointments.
